Open to all male and female amateur golfers under the age of 18 years as at 2nd October 2018 with an official Golf Australia Handicap.
Sausage Sizzle at the conclusion of the round.
Entry Fee $20 Members/ $25 Non-Members per person (incl. Lunch)
Entries Close Tuesday 25th September 2018 at 5:00pm.

Draw will be available on the Golf WA website Friday 28th September 2018 and emailed to Clubs.
Field is limited to 78 players. If necessary a Ballot will be done on Handicap.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. ELIGIBILITY
The event is open to Junior Boy & Junior Girl amateur golfers with an official GA Handicap. Maximum age is under 18 on the 2nd October 2018.
2. MATCH COMMITTEE
2.1 The Club Match Committee will have sole management and control of the event.
2.2 In the absence of the Match Committee, such members as may be present at the time, may give a decision, and any decision so given will be deemed to be a decision of the full committee.
2.3 The Match Committee’s decision on matters affecting the event including acceptance or refusal of any entry will be final.
3. RULES OF PLAY
The Rules of Golf, as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited, will apply together with the Local Rules of the club.
4. ENTRIES
4.1 Entries will be subject to the approval of the entrant’s home club.
4.2 Entrants must conform in all aspects to the Rules of Amateur Status, as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited.
4.3 A fully completed entry form together with the applicable entry fee must be received no later than 5:00pm Tuesday 25th September 2018. All registration must be made via MiTournament website.
4.4 In the event of entries exceeding the number of places available entries from those higher handicap competitors will be decided by ballot. Unsuccessful entrants will be given the opportunity to compete if withdrawals subsequently occur. Entrance fees will be refunded to entrants balloted out, who do not compete.
4.5 Maximum field will be 78 players. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the committee.
5. THE EVENT
5.1 The event will be played over 18 holes of stroke play.
5.2 In the event of there being a tie for the overall gross winner of the event, a sudden death playoff will take place to determine the winner. All other ties will be decided by using the Australian Count Back System.
6. PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
All entrants assent to be bound by the Golf WA Code of Conduct. A copy of the code is available at www.golfwa.org.au.
7. TEE OFF TIMES
Rule 6-3a provides: “The player shall start at the time laid down by the committee”. The penalty for breach of Rule 6-3a is disqualification. However, it is a condition of this event that, in the absence of circumstances which warrant waiving the penalty of disqualification as provided in Rule 33-7, if a player arrives at his starting point, ready to play, within five minutes of his starting time, the penalty for failure to start on time is two strokes in stroke play rounds and loss of the first hole in match play.
8. MOTORISED CARTS
The WA Golf Association’s policy on the use of motorized golf carts will be enforced for the duration of the event. A copy of the policy is available at www.golfwa.org.au.
9. DRESS REGULATIONS
The following dress regulations will be enforced during the event:
ON COURSE: Dress Shorts/Trousers, Collared Shirt, Soft Spike Course
CLUBHOUSE: Smart Casual, No Golf Shoes or Denim.
