18 Hole stroke event, shotgun start at 7.45am.
Entry fee $30, includes lunch. The club reserves the right to ballot and refund entry fees. Entries without entry fee will not be accepted.
Players are eligible to win one trophy only, across the following categories for Boys and Girls:
18 Hole Gross Winner/Runner up
18 Hole Nett Winner/Runner up
If necessary, a play off will be held to determine the Boys/Girls Gross Winner.
Presentation of trophies will take place as soon as possible after final card is returned.
The Club Match Committee will have sole management and control of the event.
The Rules of Play as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited, will apply together with the Local Rules of the Club.
Entrants must conform to all aspects of the Rules of Amateur Status, as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited. All registrations via the Mitournament website, together with the applicable entry fee must be received no later than 12 noon Thursday, 5th August 2021.
Entries will be balloted based on handicap to a maximum field size as determined by the tournament committee. Balloted players will be placed onto a reserves list, and should they not receive a place in the field will be entitled to a full refund following the event.
The event will be played over 18 holes of stroke play.
The winner of the Cottesloe Junior Open will be the competitor with the lowest gross score after 18 holes. In the event that there is a tie for the overall gross winner, a sudden death playoff will take place to determine the winner.
All other ties will be decided using the Australian Count Back System.
All entrants assent to be bound by the Golf WA Code of Conduct. A copy of the Code is available at Golf WA’s website.
The following dress regulations apply during the event: On course - Neat golf attire of collared shirt and trousers or tailored shorts or skirt. Golf Shoes - Only soft spikes may be worn on the course Clubhouse – Smart casual attire is able to be worn in the club house –no golf shoes.
