The Melville Glades Summer Cup will be played over 18 holes with an AM & Pm Shotgun Start at 7:30am & 12:45pm. The event will run as a Mixed Individual Stableford Competition.
To enter the event golfers must submit a completed entry by 5pm Monday 10th January. Late entries may be accepted after the final draw has been made, subject to there being appropriate vacancies within the field.
Eligibility
This event is open to all genders, Melville Glades members and members of Clubs Affiliated with GolfWA/Golf Australia. All golfers must have a current Golflink Handicap to play in this competition.
Motorised Buggy
This event is a motorised buggy prohibited competition and use of a motorised cart will only be permitted under the GolfWA Buggy Use Policy.
Dress Code
All participants must adhere to the Melville Glades dress code when on Course and in the Clubhouse and surrounds.
Presentations
Presentations will be conducted at the conclusion of the afternoon field with prizes awarded for;
- Overall Winner (Summer Cup Winner)
- Overall Runner-up
- Men's Winner & Runner-up
- Women's Winner & Runner-up
- Good Scores down the line as per prize money allocations
- Nearest to the Pin's on Par 3's
The competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf and the Local Rules of Melville Glades Golf Club.
The MGGC Match Committee will have sole control of the event with the power to alter or vary the conditions, as well as delegate authority to do so. Any decision by the Match Committee will be final.
