Description:

The 36 Hole Women's Provincial Tournament will be held on the 6th & 7th July 2024 at Augusta Golf Club

Ladies with GA handicaps of 21.9 and under may enter.

Motorised Golf Carts are permitted to be used by any player providing they are available. Players listed on Golf WA’s Authorised Users List will have preference to those available, followed by players in the order in which completed entries are received. Carts must be booked and paid for via this form (GolfWA) only. Note cart cost is $20 per day per person.

For catering purposes ALL meals MUST be booked through this form.

Friday night dinner is available at Augusta GC at $25 per person - MUST be pre-ordered through this or the Canadian Foursomes entry form.

Saturday Night Dinner: will be held at the Augusta Golf Club from 6.30pm and is $45pp
Theme is "Pirates & Wenches"
A shuttle vehicle will be available, please advise in the comments where you are staying so we can organise a bus route, there will be a nominal fee for use of the bus service.

Lunch can be pre-ordered through this form and will consist of soup and sandwiches

Please note cancellations after Friday 28th June will not receive a refund for their catering fees
