Description:
The Crunch&Sip GolfWA Junior Tour is open to all children aged 12 years old or below.
Designed for kids starting out in golf, The junior tour consists of four divisions with each division structured on a skill level together with using modified rules and scoring to ease players into this great game.
If you are unsure if your child is ready for the tour please talk to your child's coach, junior coordinator or email jordanm@golfwa.org.au, If this is your first Junior Tour event then please fill out the member registration form before entering this event by using
this form.- only fill out this form once a year, if you have already done, please disregard.
Please note the below in relation to a Junior Tour events proceedings and ensure you are playing in the correct division.
You will receive the draw and information email 5 to 4 days out from the event, It will also be published and available on the
Crunch Club home page.
Division selection guide.
Stableford Division, You must look to enter Stableford if your handicap is, 32.0 or below for Boys and 36.0 or below for Girls.
Modified Stroke division, Open to those players who do not hold an official GA handicap
OR a male player with a GA handicap of 32.0 or above OR a
female player with a GA handicap of 36.0 or above (those players
who hold a GA handicap below that which is stated MUST play in
the Stableford Division).
9 Hole Half length Tiger Tee Players, If your Personal best for 9 Hole Tiger Tees is 38 or below or you feel your child is hitting long enough to play full length 9 holes, you must look to move up to the Modified Stroke Division.
5 Hole Half length Tiger Tee Players, If your Personal best or average score is 27 or below and you feel you can play 4 more half length holes, Please consider moving up to 9 hole tiger tee's
Tee times for this event are running from 8:00 am to 9:30 am off both the 1st and 10th Tees.
