Event Terms & Conditions
The event will be 2-person team, Combined Stableford (scores of both players are added together to calculate the team score).
Event is open to both Men and Ladies with a current registered Golflink number
Entries will be limited to a maximum 128 players with fees to accompany entry form and will be on a first served basis
Players must have played 5 handicapped 18 hole rounds within the last 12 months
Entries and payment must be received by 5:00pm Wednesday September 11, 2024
No refunds after Wednesday September 11, 2024
Teams may be combined as Mens, Ladies or Mixed
Players to nominate with partner. No single entries
Players must be ready to commence play at least 20 mins prior to their allocated starting time and have registered on the day
Any prizes (including Novelties) issued as vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
Winners of Novelties, or their playing partner, must be present at the presentations. If neither attends the presentations, their prizes go into the Rabbit Draw.
Use of “MiScore app” highly preferred
The Rules of Play will be the Rules of Golf and the Local Rules of the Sanctuary Golf Club
Player Code of Conduct - All entrants assent to be bound by the Golf WA Code of Conduct. A copy of the code is available at www.golfwa.org
The decision of the Sanctuary Members Golf Club Inc committee (or its elected representative) shall be final in any dispute
No alcohol is to be taken onto the course unless purchased from Sanctuary Golf Resort
