1. Entrants must have an Australian GA Handicap and be a member of a bricks and mortar Metropolitan,
Suburban or Country Golf Club affiliated with Golf WA as determined by Gosnells Golf Club Match Committee.
2. Entrants with league handicaps are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf and Local Rules of the Gosnells Golf Club
4. Juniors with a handicap of 12.4 (GA) or lower are eligible to enter. The maximum G.A. handicap for males is 27
and females 36
5. The competition will be played under stableford format for Men and Women.
6. The closing date for entries is Friday 10 January 2025 at 5pm. The max entry for the event is 216. A
waitlist of up to 10 will be provided and capped at 10 in MiTournament.
7. All players must have 10 recorded GA handicapped rounds in their Golf Link in the last 12 months prior
to event (Jan 2024 – January 2025) or their entry will be disqualified. (refunds will be provided).
8. Golf carts are reserved on first come first served basis and must be booked directly with pro shop.
9. Players have direct access to book their preferred tee time (AM or PM) directly from MiTournament on Day
1, but Match Committee reserves the final right to alter the timesheet as required. The second round will be
drawn based on a reverse draw of the first round (Reverse time period).
10. All competitors must report to the golf shop no less than 20 minutes before Tee off time.
11. Scoring via the MiScore App is preferred. All paper score cards must be submitted to the pro shop correct and
signed at completion of round.
12. The draw will be published by Match Committee (which may require changes from tee times booked on day 1)
on Tuesday 14 January 2024 at 2pm. The final draw will be emailed to all players prior to event. No refunds
will be given after the draw is presented.
13. Post game BBQ will be supplied for all players after golf on second day only (Sunday 19 January 2025).
14. Dress standards – players are required to comply with the dress code set by Gosnells Golf Club on the course
and in the clubhouse.
15. The Match Committee of the Gosnells Golf Club manages the competition and;
a. reserves the right to accept or refuse an entry and to restrict (or ballot) the number of entries
b. shall decide the method to be employed in the event of a tie
c. no player is eligible for more than one trophy or prize.
