CONDITIONS OF PLAY
1. Entrants must have a valid Golflink Number and Australian GA Handicap and be an 18-Hole member of a Metropolitan, Suburban, or Country Golf Club affiliated with GolfWA or other State body.
2. The competition will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf along with the local rules of Royal Perth Golf Club. The Committee reserves the right to change any conditions should circumstances so require.
3. Players whose GA handicaps increase/decrease beyond the limit after the closing date for the competition Will be required to play in the appropriate event for their handicap on the day of the competition.
4. Both divisions will play the Women’s Red Course | Par: 74 |Scratch: 75 | Slope: 127
5. The Visitors entry fee must accompany all entries. The Entry fee cannot be transferred to another player.
6. No player is eligible to win more than one major trophy.
7. In the event of a tie for the overall gross winner of the Silver trophy, a sudden death playoff will take place
to determine the winner. In the case of all other ties, the Australian Countback System will be used.
8. Withdrawal from the competition means forfeiture of the entry fee once the draw has been published.
9. In the event of the Bronze entries exceeding 50, entries from those higher handicap competitors will be
decided by ballot. Entry fees will be refunded to entrants balloted out who do not compete.
10. The audible or unauthorised use of mobile phones is not permitted on course or clubhouse.
11. Golf Carts – a limited number of carts are available for hire at RPGC. The tournament will be played under
the GolfWA Motorised Carts policy. Please book through Golf Operations (6436 4900). Private carts can only
be used with permission from Royal Perth Golf Club.

Golf attire is permitted for presentations. The RPGC clubhouse is a non-smoking venue.
Presentations will be held on the verandah during lunch.
ENTRIES: External entries are to be made through the MiTournament website. RPGC Members are to register through the RPGC website. Entry will close at 5:00pm Monday 28 April.
The draw will be made available to entrants and the GolfWA website on Wednesday 30th April
