Carts $49 or $24.50 Half Share
Maximum 140 players (35 teams)
Entries to open in MiTournament 10th June - 10am
Entries close 4th July OR when the event is fully subscribed
8.30am Shotgun start, Morning tea available from 7.00 am
$50 entry fee includes sit down lunch and morning tea

Please note that once meal selections have been submitted, no changes can be made within 10 days of the event. Any requests made prior to this cutoff will be subject to approval
by management.
If you have any dietary requirements, please specify these in the notes section at the time of booking, and an alternative meal will be provided.
Option One - Grilled Chicken Burger
grilled chicken, bacon, tasty cheese, slaw, guacamole & peri peri aioli served with thick cut chips
Option Two - Chicken Caesar Salad
grilled chicken, cos lettuce, crispy bacon, egg, croutons & shaved parmesan
Option Three - Vegetarian Lasagne
served with a petite garden salad.

Tournament Terms & Conditions
- Players must have a current GA handicap
- For “Local Rules” see back of card. Other local rules are on the board near the Pro Shop
- The draw will be posted on our website and sent via email 7 days prior to the event.
- Golf Carts: Due to our club policy, no visitor carts are permitted on course.
- Wet Weather Policy: Play will proceed in wet weather unless the course is deemed unplayable by the Course Superintendent. In such cases, an alternative date will be arranged and refunds issued where applicable.
Refund Policy
- All withdrawals must be submitted in writing via email to ladies@hawksnestgolfclub.com.au
- Please note, no refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event. However, you are welcome to nominate a replacement player to take your place, subject to approval. All changes must be submitted via email to ladies@hawksnestgolfclub.com.au
- Any refunds issued will be subject to applicable administration and processing fees.
