Draw will be available on the Golf WA website Friday, 26th September 2025 and emailed to Clubs.
CONDITIONS OF PLAY
- Open to all male and female amateur golfers under the age of 18 years as of 29th September 2025.
- The R&A rules of Golf will apply together with the Local Rules of the Club.
- The match Committee will have sole management and control of the event. Any decisions made shall be final (all protests must be lodged in writing at the clubhouse before 6.00pm on the day on which the disputed matter has arisen).
- In the event of a tie, a sudden death play-off will be held. All other ties will be decided using the Golf Australia countback system.
- Entries will be balloted based on Hanicap to a maximum field of 96 players. Balloted players will be placed onto a reserves list, and should they not receive a place in the field will be entitled to a full refund following the event. In all other cases, entrace fees will only be refunded to a player withdrawing beofre the closing time for entries.
- no player is eligible for more than one trophy.
- prize winners are expected to attend the presentation.
- the use of Distance Measuring Device is allowed.
- The use of the MiScore App is permitted in this event.
Dress regulations
- Golf course: Dress shorts/trousers, collared shirt, soft spike shoes.
- Clubhouse: Smart casual, street shoes, no golf shoes or denim.
