CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Entrants must have an approved Australian handicap and who are members of A, B or C grade affiliated golf clubs.
- the R&A Rules of Golf will apply together with the Local Rules of the Club.
- The Match Committee will have sole management and control of the event. Any decisions made shall be final (all protests must be lodged in writing at the clubhouse before 6:00 pm on the day on which the disputed matter arisen).
- In the event of a tie, a sudden death play-off will be held. All other ties will be decided using the Golf Australia countback system.
- Entries will be balloted based on handicap to a maximum field size of 96 players. Balloted payers will be placed onto a reserves list, and should they no receive a place in the field will be entitled to a full refund following the event. In all other cases, entrance fees will only be refunded to a player withdrawing before the closing time for entries.
- No player is eligible for more than one trophy.
- Prize winners are expected to attend the presentation.
- All players will play from the Black Championship tees.
- The use of Distance Measuring Device is allowed.
- The use of the MI Score app is permitted in this event.
Dress Regulations
- Golf Course: Dress Shorts/Trousers, Collard Shirt, Soft Spike Shoes
- Clubhouse: Smart Casual, Street Shoes, No Golf Shoes or Denim.
