Entry includes grab and go lunch and drink (water or gatorade) after 18 holes.
The draw will be sent out via email and posted on Golf WA (www.golfwa.org.au) website, on Wednesday 8 October.
CONDITIONS:
1. Open to male and female amateur golfers who are a member of an affiliated Metropolitan or Country Golf Club, with a maximum GA handicap of 10.0. A maximum field of 78, with a ballot based on handicap being conducted if required. Members of social golf clubs will not be permitted to enter.
2. The Rules of Golf, as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Ltd, will apply together with WAGC Local Rules.
3. The event will be played as 36-holes of Stroke on one-day. The format of Pro-Stroke will be used to determine winners. Round one from 7am, played in groups of three off the first and tenth tee. Tee off from gold tees (men) and white tees (women). Presentations will immediately follow play.
4. The match committee will have sole management and control of the event, including balloting and decisions on disputes.
5. Players must report to the Golf-shop at least 15 minutes before the appointed tee-off time, failure to do so may result in disqualification.
6. Entries will close on MiTournament at 5pm on Sunday 28 September and must be accompanied by the entrance fee. Entries may still be available after this date and up until Tuesday 7 October, please email golfshop@wagolfclub.com.au to enter.
7. Motorised carts can be hired from the Golf Shop, however the presentation of a Medical certificate is required.
8. The name of the gross winner will be inscribed on the Perpetual trophy which remains at the club. Players can only win one Major Trophy.
9. In the event of a tie for the overall winner, a sudden death playoff will take place to determine the winner. A countback will be used for all other winners.
10. Entry fees will only be refunded if a withdrawal is received prior to the draw being published.
11. Practice rounds are not available.
