1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Open to men and women golfers with official Golf Australian Handicap.
1.2 Max GA Handicap of 16.2 and are financial playing Members
of a PRIVATE GOLF CLUB. (Social & Public Golf Clubs not accepted)
2. MATCH COMMITTEE
2.1 Match Committee has sole management and control of the event.
2.2 The Match Committee’s decision is final on all matters relating to this event.
3. RULES OF PLAY
3.1 Rules of Golf, adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited, along
with the Club’s local rules will apply to this event.
4. ENTRIES
4.1 A maximum field of 96 with a ballot based on handicap being
conducted if required.
4.2 Unsuccessful entrants will be given the opportunity to compete
if withdrawals occur.
4.3 Those balloted out will receive a full refund.
4.4 Once the Draw is posted and emailed to players, no refunds will be issued.
5. EVENT
5.1 Will be played over two (2) days.
5.2 Schedule of event; Round 1 Saturday 8th November PM, Round 2
Sunday 9th November PM
6. MOTORISED CARTS
6.1 Golfers with approved Medical Certificate with Golf WA & Hartfield CC
7. PRACTICE
7.1 Complimentary practice round provided on Wednesday 5th November PM
to players eligible for Paxton Averages.
