CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1 ELIGIBILITY
1.1 The event is open to Male Amateur golfers with an official Australian Handicap as at the date of entry who are financial playing 18 Hole Members of a PRIVATE GOLF COURSE.
1.2 Social & Public Golf Clubs will not be accepted.
1.3 Daily Handicaps will be capped at 36
1.4 The Match Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse entries.
2 MATCH COMMITTEE
2.1 The Club’s Match Committee will have sole management and control of the event.
2.2 The Match Committee’s decision on matters affecting the event will be final.
2.3 The decision of the Club’s Match Committee as to acceptance or refusal of any entry will be final.
3 RULES OF PLAY
3.1 The Rules of Golf, as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited, will apply together with the Local Rules of the Club. Slow play will not be tolerated (max time for 18 holes is 4 hrs 30 mins)
4 ENTRIES
4.1 Entrants must conform in all aspects to the Rules of Amateur Status, as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Rules Limited.
4.2 In the event of entries exceeding the number of places available (128), entries will be accepted in order of registration.
4.3 Refunds will not be given following the completion of the Draw.
4.4 Fully paid Entries must be received by 4pm Monday, February 2 via MiTournament. Registrations will close when maximum entries have been received.
5 THE EVENT
5.1 The event will be played over 18 holes of Stableford shotgun start.
5.2 The schedule of the event will be as follows; Sunday PM February 8. Tees will be allocated in order of Registration.
5.3 All ties will be decided by using the Australian Count Back System.
5.4 Players may only win one Major Prize.
6 PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
6.1 All entrants assent to be bound by the Golf WA’s Code of Conduct. A copy of the code is available at www.golfwa.org.au
7 TEE OFF TIMES
7.1 Tee off times will be 12:20pm Shotgun Start.
8 MOTORISED CARTS
8.1 Available through the Proshop by calling 9405 4888-1. (Limited fleet)
9 Dress Regulations
9.1 On Course: View the Lakelands Country Club website.
9.2 Clubhouse: Smart Casual (Golf shoes may only be worn in the Sports Bar)
