Regional Seniors - Carts & Catering

The GolfWA 36 Hole Regional Senior Event will be held at Spalding Park GC on Thursday 30th April & Friday 1st May 2026

Open to all female financial members of clubs affiliated with GolfWA aged 60 and over.
Entries close on 9th April at 4pm. Please note withdrawals after Wednesday 15th April will not receive a refund for their catering fees. 
Entries will close on Thursday 9th April 2026 at 4pm.

If you need to withdraw please let us know immediately as you may be preventing another player participating.
Entries received after the closing date will be placed on a waiting list.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

• This is a 36 Hole Stableford event – one day players WILL NOT be accepted.

• In the event this tournament is oversubscribed, a ballot will take place with preference given to the most senior age bracket. The tournament is open to women 60 years of age and over, age as at the first day of play.

• The field limit for this event is 160 players.

• Spalding Park GC have a LIMITED number of carts. No authorisation is required, HOWEVER, preference will be given to players on GolfWA’s Motorised Transportation Users list. Following this, a first in, best dressed approach will be applied. CARTS TO BE BOOKED THROUGH GOLFWA ONLY. ANY CARTS BOOKED WITH THE CLUB WILL BE CANCELLED.

• Entry fees are as follows: Entry Fee $44pp, Dinner $47, Cart $20 per person per day. Lunches $10pp 

• The Thursday night dinner theme is 'A Day at the Races'

• If you have ladies who would like to attend the dinner only please ask them to contact GolfWA directly to organise 

• For catering purposes ALL meals MUST be booked through this form. Please contact GolfWA to advise of dietary requirements - NOTE: ONLY coeliac and vegetarian dietary requirements can be accommodated. 

• Please note in the comments box if you have a preference to play AM/PM or PM/AM, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that which field you will be allocated as cart numbers play a huge part in the allocations.
