The 36-hole championship field is restricted to 164 players which has been reached.
The 18-hole championship field (Wednesday and Thursday) is restricted to 80 entries which has been reached.
Presentation dinner have also reached maximum numbers,
The 18-hole championship event (Wednesday and Thursday) is open to all players (no handicap limit). The event has a slightly reduced entry fee including two daily competitions, championship event, playing the whole course over the two days (alternating starting tee), playing to actual daily handicap, great prizes, including NTPs and Longest drive etc and full access to social events. Events will be graded if more than 60 entries received.
For players who enter the 18-hole championship and wish to enter the 36-hole championship a waiting list is available, if a space becomes available. Please email slgcresults@outlook.com. The list will be kept in order of receipt.
EVENTS
Tuesday 5th May 9-hole Stableford. Tee times between 12 noon and 3pm - $25 per player (Member $15)
Tuesday 5th May at 5pm - Welcome function with a complimentary glass of wine. $25 per person.
Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th May - Lakeside Goolwa May Week Championship Events
18-hole championship (ie 9 holes each day) $60 per player (Member $30). Open to all handicaps.
Thursday 7th - Presentation Dinner 6pm for 6.30pm. $60 per person includes welcome champagne, and live music.
Friday 8th May - 18-hole Foursomes (shotgun start at 8.30am) including presentation lunch $50 per player. (Member $30).
Each player must enter the May Week Tournament events through MiTournament paying entry fees and other fees associated with social activities. Refunds after entries close are at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.
Only players with an active Golf Australia Handicap or World Handicap may enter, ie a player with a Provisional handicap cannot enter.
Entries for the 36 hole (ie 18 holes each day) are limited to players with a maximum GA handicap of 36.6 on the day of entry. Entries for the 18 hole (ie 9 holes each day) are available to the full GA range and is especially designed for players with a GA 36.7 and above (on the day of entry). Special price for players choosing 9 holes.
A limited number of motorised carts are available for hire by contacting the Pro Shop (8555 2078). Buggies may be left in the Club during the Tournament for $5 per night and push buggies can be hired.
