⦁ Open to all male and female Amateur Players on an Australian Handicap for men, women, junior boys and junior girls (a junior is less than 18 years of age on the day of the event).
⦁ The Match Committee reserves the right to include members of West Lakes Golf Club who have an Australian handicap.
⦁ Entry fee of $60.00 (GST incl.), which includes a light lunch, must be paid with the entry form. No refund applies unless notification of withdrawal is received by Thursday 28 May 2026. WLGC Members $30.00 (GST incl )
⦁ The event will be conducted and controlled by the Match Committee of the West Lakes Golf Club.
⦁ Prizes will be awarded in each event with a limit of one prize per player excluding any donated trophies, NTP’s/Long Drives).
⦁ The rules covering the event will be the Rules of Golf, the rules of Amateur Status and the Equipment Rules of the R&A and USGA, along with local rules.
⦁ The Match Committee reserves the right to add to or delete nominations as they think fit.
⦁ The field may be limited to 72 players. Late entrants may be accepted to fill late withdrawals.
⦁ Competitors must start at the appointed time of 7:30am.
⦁ In the event of a tie, there will be a sudden death stroke play-off using holes 16, 17 and 18.
⦁ Golf Australia policies with respect to Anti-Doping, Match Fixing and Code of Conduct apply.
⦁ The Club dress rules shall apply to both entrant and caddy.
⦁ Motorised conveyances are not permitted unless a medical certificate allowing cart use is lodged with GA and evidence provided to the West Lakes Golf Club Match Committee at registration on the day.
⦁ The shotgun start draw will be made available on www.westlakesgolfclub.com.au from Thursday 28 May, please visit the website or contact the office on 8268 3850 for your starting time. The shotgun draw will also be available on the GA website and on notice boards around the club.
